Islam is not the solution for Pakistan; infact religion is never the solution for any country’s problems. I know many of you people might have got confused reading this, but let me take you in depth of this bitter reality. Religion is always such a thing that makes the people flare and rise up against any extent and this is natural and no one can be blamed. Unfortunately we live in such a country where everywhere we see religious extremists and they are abundant here. There is no way to teach them ethics and morals, because they have been completely brain washed and retrained in such a way that they even think, that abstaining from Islam means going against God, whether that way solves the problem. I have never been a good Muslim, I accept my inside faults, I accept that I am not a true Muslim, but look around you, who is true Muslim around you, literally 2-3% population. The one whom you think is Muslim, is infact not. It is not the sign, if someone is having a white beard, beads (tasbeeh) in his hands and saying God, Prophet, it does not mean he is a true Muslim, Islam is not this at all, Islam does not teach us show off to pretend what you are not. Because unfortunately we have been brought up in such an environment that thinking such is taken as blasphemy. Today if you try to find a way going a little away of Islam, the people around you start hating you, watching you with shifty eyes and behavior that they can’t tolerate you. Now I come towards main point, if you people think that in present situation, Islam is the only solution left, and then you think absolutely wrong, Islam is not the solution to problem of Pakistan, infact Islam and its implementation in Pakistan will make the problem even more badly that it can go beyond the control of people. Such disastrous will be aftermath. Because today, more than 90% population of Pakistan is living a pseudo-Islamic life, living in a curtain of Islam but doing every sin in its cover. If you will try to implement Islam as a system of administration in Pakistan, it will only lead to chaos and discomfort. Because working this way, will only lead to dissatisfaction to people and uneasiness in their souls because the youth of 21st century is not used to such things at all. They haven’t seen the true Islamic figure and they are ignorant of it and suddenly implementing a system, will make a huge chaos in nature and society. Instead we must focus on a system that is truly based on administration and proper management, we must think of being secular and then bring a system to 1st solve the chaos and then come towards religion on 2nd option but putting Islam on 1st option is only to worsen the situation. The reason behind this, is simple, people are stupid, they rise when the issue is on religion, because it is such a value that no one likes to hear against it, and if we will try to implement it as the basic situation in PRSENT PAKISTAN SITUAION, it wont solve the problem. We have to reform the law, redefine the justice and reshape the management, then we can think of a better system.
ISLAMABAD (May 16) -- Pakistanis are becoming the world's pariahs. Since being implicated in a steady stream of violent attacks -- from the London Tube bombings in 2005 to this month's failed attempt to bomb Times Square -- it seems almost inevitable now that when the next act of terrorism happens, a Pakistani will be involved.
As a Canadian of Pakistani descent, I've watched this pattern emerge with a rising sense of trepidation. Thirty-five years ago, when my parents decided to move to Canada, things were much different. Pakistanis were different. They were much in demand -- an intelligent, hard-working people who integrated and contributed positively to society, wherever they went.
What a terrible journey we've made since then.
Today, Pakistanis are objects of fear and suspicion. Wherever we go we must contend with the "terrorist" label and endure the scrutiny that accompanies it. Like many of my compatriots, I've been "interviewed" by the Joint Terrorism Task Force at the U.S. border, questioned at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi airport and scrutinized with extra efficiency by a German border control officer. Every time it happens, a piece of advice a Sufi in Saudi Arabia once gave me cycles through my mind: "When an obstacle is placed in front of you," he said, "be like water -- flow around it."
Pakistanis are being asked to flow a lot these days, and it will not get better any time soon. Many people in the world must be asking why it is that so many acts of terrorism in the West seem to lead back to Pakistan. Is there something in the Pakistani psyche that makes them susceptible to violence?
What those people might be surprised to hear is that Pakistanis are asking the same questions.
At the forefront is something quite basic: How did this happen? How, in 30 years -- a mere generation -- have Pakistanis gone from being desirable to becoming undesirables?
The standard narrative goes something like this: During the 1980s, the U.S. promoted violent jihad in Pakistan to create a proxy army to fight against the godless Soviets in Afghanistan. The Americans funded the growth of jihad ideology, encouraged the construction of madrasas -- religious seminaries that have now become militant birthing grounds -- and are now fighting the jihadists they helped to create, including Osama bin Laden.
But there is another side to the story. After Soviet troops withdrew from Afghanistan, Pakistan's military establishment decided to continue using the jihadists as proxies, both in Afghanistan and in Kashmir. That cold-hearted act of realpolitik was inspired by a neo-Cold War mentality in which India was -- and still is -- viewed as an existential threat to Pakistan.
Most Pakistanis feel that America has brought war on them, a war no one here wanted and which is ultimately killing Pakistanis. But for me, and for a silent minority of Pakistanis as well, there is an alarming lack of recognition of the role played by Pakistan's own armed forces and intelligence agencies in sending Pakistan down the road to jihad.
There are two reasons for this. First, for decades, Pakistan's generals have diligently maintained the illusion that the army is the only reason Pakistan has not collapsed. Pakistanis are spoon-fed this false perception from childhood, indoctrinated into believing that the army is the Great Savior, the Protector, the Guardian.
Second, opposing the army can have dire consequences. The execution of former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in 1979 is one salient example. The mounting evidence of an army role in the December 2008 assassination of his daughter, Benazir Bhutto, is another.
Just a few days ago my uncle expressed his concern in connection with the work I was doing tracing Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad's militant connections back to groups linked to Pakistan's dreaded spy service, the ISI. "You don't understand these people," he warned me. "They can make you disappear and you will never be found again. No one can stand up to them."
But somebody must stand up to them. Pakistan's image in the world, not to mention its future, depends on it. Is it an accident that Faisal Shahzad was the son of a senior Pakistani military officer? I don't think so. Military culture in this country is virulently anti-American. Couple it with the rampant spread of jihad ideology -- also the product of the army's failed policies -- and you end up with a deadly mix.
The failed attack on Times Square is only the tip of the iceberg. The fear among many Pakistanis is that some similar attempt is likely to succeed. With each attack, fear and suspicion of any Pakistani is bound to rise. And the irony is that as Pakistan spirals into chaos, young people here are increasingly looking to get out.
Two of my cousins are waiting for their immigration papers to be approved in Canada. They are educated, moderate Pakistani Muslims, much like Shahzad appeared to be until recently. They worry now that the environment of fear will hamper their efforts for a better life abroad. My brother, a professor of biochemistry at Trinity College in Dublin, is planning a sabbatical to Harvard, but worries about the treatment he'll receive there.
Bearded Pakistanis have been under the microscope for years. Now, clean-shaven, Ray-Ban-wearing Pakistanis may be in for the same treatment. My advice to them is to listen to the Sufis. Self-respect lies within the self; no one can take it away from you. Be like water.
Monday night's arrest of Faisal Shahzad, a 30-year-old Pakistani-American accused of planting a car bomb in Times Square on Saturday, will undoubtedly stoke the usual debate about how best to keep America safe in the age of Islamic terrorism. But this should not deflect us from another, equally pressing, question. Why do Pakistan and the Pakistani diaspora churn out such a high proportion of the world's terrorists?
Indonesia has more Muslims than Pakistan. Turkey is geographically closer to the troubles of the Middle East. The governments of Iran and Syria are immeasurably more hostile to America and the West. Yet it is Pakistan, or its diaspora, that produced the CIA shooter Mir Aimal Kasi; the 1993 World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef (born in Kuwait to Pakistani parents); 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed; Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl's kidnapper, Omar Saeed Sheikh; and three of the four men behind the July 2005 train and bus bombings in London.
The list of jihadists not from Pakistan themselves—but whose passage to jihadism passes through that country—is even longer. Among them are Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri, Mohamed Atta, shoe bomber Richard Reid, and John Walker Lindh, the so-called American Taliban. Over the past decade, Pakistani fingerprints have shown up on terrorist plots in, among other places, Germany, Denmark, Spain and the Netherlands. And this partial catalogue doesn't include India, which tends to bear the brunt of its western neighbor's love affair with violence.
In attempting to explain why so many attacks—abortive and successful—can be traced back to a single country, analysts tend to dwell on the 1980s, when Pakistan acted as a staging ground for the successful American and Saudi-funded jihad against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. But while the anti-Soviet campaign undoubtedly accelerated Pakistan's emergence as a jihadist haven, to truly understand the country it's important to go back further, to its creation.
Pakistan was carved out of the Muslim-majority areas of British India in 1947, the world's first modern nation based solely on Islam. The country's name means "Land of the Pure." The capital city is Islamabad. The national flag carries the Islamic crescent and star. The cricket team wears green.
From the start, the new country was touched by the messianic zeal of pan-Islamism. The Quranic scholar Muhammad Asad—an Austrian Jew born Leopold Weiss—became an early Pakistani ambassador to the United Nations. The Egyptian Said Ramadan, son-in-law of Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna, made Pakistan a second home of sorts and collaborated with Pakistan's leading Islamist ideologue, the Jamaat-e-Islami's Abul Ala Maududi. In 1949, Pakistan established the world's first transnational Islamic organization, the World Muslim Congress. Mohammad Amin al-Husayni, the virulently anti-Semitic grand mufti of Jerusalem, was appointed president.
Through alternating periods of civilian and military rule, one thing about Pakistan has remained constant—the central place of Islam in national life. In the 1960s, Pakistan launched a war against India in an attempt to seize control of Kashmir, the country's only Muslim-majority province, one that most Pakistanis believe ought to be theirs by right.
In the 1970s the Pakistani army carried out what Bangladeshis call a genocide in Bangladesh; non-Muslims suffered disproportionately. Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto boasted about creating an "Islamic bomb." (The father of Pakistan's nuclear program, A.Q. Khan, would later export nuclear technology to the revolutionary regime in Iran.) In the 1980s Pakistan welcomed Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and the Palestinian theorist of global jihad Abdullah Azzam.
In the 1990s, armed with expertise and confidence gained fighting the Soviets, the army's notorious Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) spawned the Taliban to take over Afghanistan, and a plethora of terrorist groups to challenge India in Kashmir. Even after 9/11, and despite about $18 billion of American aid, Pakistan has found it hard to reform its instincts.
Pakistan's history of pan-Islamism does not mean that all Pakistanis, much less everyone of Pakistani origin, hold extremist views. But it does explain why a larger percentage of Pakistanis than, say, Indonesians or Tunisians, are likely to see the world through the narrow prism of their faith. The ISI's reluctance to dismantle the infrastructure of terrorism—training camps, a web of ultra-orthodox madrassas that preach violence, and terrorist groups such as the Lashkar-e-Taiba—ensure that Pakistan remains a magnet for any Muslim with a grudge against the world and the urge to do something violent about it.
If Pakistan is to be reformed, then the goal must be to replace its political and cultural DNA. Pan-Islamism has to give way to old-fashioned nationalism. An expansionist foreign policy needs to be canned in favor of development for the impoverished masses. The grip of the army, and by extension the ISI, over national life will have to be weakened. The encouragement of local languages and cultures such as Punjabi and Sindhi can help create a broader identity, one not in conflict with the West. School curricula ought to be overhauled to inculcate a respect for non-Muslims.
Needless to say, this will be a long haul. But it's the only way to ensure that the next time someone is accused of trying to blow up a car in a crowded place far away from home, the odds aren't that he'll somehow have a Pakistan connection.
I saw some video on “facebook” regarding Zaid Hamid and his some teachings which I found pretty impressive despite of the fact what the reality of zaid hamid is? and what he does, I don’t care and I don’t want to go in those details. While I was searching on something, I came across something and then I thought to write on it. Everyone knows, our prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had said, there would come 72 firqa and we must get ashamed that among those 72 firqa which would come, around 7-8 are in Pakistan. We are the home land of so much religious activities, so much deep mind controlling facts that we are being controlled by people who feel they are superior than us and they can do it. Can you name at least those firqa who are arising from your mother land – Pakistan? 1. Qadiani for more information you can visit, the website, which shows the teachings of this firqa
Qadiani 2. Ismaili for more information you can visit their website, which shows their teachings.
Ismaili 3. Brailvi for more information visit this website where they show what is in this.
Some more on Barelvi 4. Deobandi for more information visit this site to know about them in details.
Deobani And some more which I might get info later. People think for a while, your ears are poisoned with something that you never dreamed of, you never thought of, but you are being forced to walk that way which you didn’t chose, you didn’t wish to go on it but it is being done by ourselves, how and why? Let me explain you this a little more: Islam does not teach us barbarism and force; instead Islam teaches us love and affection. Even for making someone embrace Islam, it is his or her will to do it, Islam never taught to put a gun on his head and say to embrace Islam otherwise he will be will be slaughtered. Today we have a horribly wrong picture of Islam, really horribly wrong picture. The reason behind is very simple, extremely illiterate people thinking that that they have the right to do things which others didn’t do. They are taking the preaching of Islam as their innate duty, and without knowing the real meaning of Islam, they are down to it with head and heals. What is this going on, what is this atmosphere of pain, hypertension, depression, and your minds being controlled by someone else? Is this your fate? Yes this is our fate, because we never learnt to resist some change, we always adopted something that is happening, without knowing that the thing is right or wrong. Anyone stand from mob and start barking, we accept his words like he is the biggest truth. Those people who know how manipulate the mob, they are doing it well. Islam, in the time of prophet Muhammad (PBUH), once voice one command and one azan voice and see today around you, hundreds of voices emerging from different mosques around you, with the gap of 1-2 minutes, isn’t this humiliating that you are living in a country whose name WAS Islamic republic of Pakistan and among prophet Muhammad (PBUH)’s announced 72 firqa, few of them are arising from your mother land. Sit for a while and think, are you the blessed ones of God or the cursed ones. Today only in Lahore you go around city and take a deep look, you come around different group of people, different sectors of Lahore having different scholars sitting and preaching Islam. 1. Dr. Israr ahmed 2. Farhat hashmi 3. Maulana azam tariq 4. Maulana talib jouhri 5. Dr. Muhammad tahir-ul-qadri
And so many more and if you see more deeply, some people are religiously extremists, some are accepting data ganj baksh as their spiritual leader, some sitting on baba shah jamal’s shrine and so more to go, but for a moment we never think, that this much huge diversification we have in religion, what Islam was and is, and what we have made it today, just because of our narrow minded mentality and illiteracy. If you go towards Jhang side, you will find huge power of jamiyat, jamat islami and lashkar-e-tayiba. Nowhere is the place safe, everywhere is Islamic extremist, everyone is befooling your minds with his teachings. With all this, my basic purpose of telling you is, that open your eyes and learn that Islam is very simple and great religion to follow but today we have made it so complex and so difficult to understand that even if one wishes to find true picture, he needs to go very deep to find true people who are right on Islam not just fake followers.
I know after reading above line, it might have sounded very absurd, what he is talking, is he out of mind, this world is going global, this world is going on and on in 21st century and he is saying, woman must not be educated. Ok let me explain you this thing, this is also another problem among our society today, it is also one of reason that today we are 3rd world. If you turn your eyes around and see things, you will come to know that there are several things which are questionable. One of them is education. The population of Pakistan according to survey in 176,242,949 (July 2009 EST.) and among this almost 57% are women, most of which are in rural areas and only 45% of this 57% live in big cities like Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Now among this 45% population, there are still 80% families of these bigger cities who are traditional and conservative who prefer not to let their girls do job in market as the society is corrupt and everywhere is frustration. Now I take you with some more facts and figures, taking in view a normal educational sector. Let’s take masters section, suppose MBA. Almost 450 girls get admission in MBA every institute by a rough estimate and among which it is very common to see in every class that it is 2:1 or sometimes 3:1, which means sometimes twice is the number of girls and sometimes thrice is the number of girls than boys. This tells you that people are more introvert than extrovert. The whole selection criteria is wrong, the whole policy of selection of candidates is bases on biasness. No doubt the girls study more, they work harder in studies than boys but this method of selection is all ruining this situation of Pakistan. Among the 450 girls of every institute, who get passed out every year, around 60% get married and are bound to sit at home or manage homes than going in market and work or even office works. This ultimately is loss of her education and also loss of a working human. This is loss of her own self that she is human and she has human rights too to live as human and have a life as other ladies have. But if we see this condition in some broader aspect and see it on mass scale, let me show you how horrible this is becoming to our society. From those 450 girls, when 60% are made to sit at home and rest 40% are doing work as normal. It means that the seats occupied by those 60% girls went waste. Instead if those same seats were given to some boys, they may have made a future and in future they may have managed a family of his own and be better towards society and broadly speaking, by doing this the unemployment rate will fall abruptly. This is truth if we realize it deeply. Today crime rate is increasing, thefts rates are increasing, robbery rates are increasing, suicide attackers are increasing, and somewhere if you go to see the reason, point comes to one thing, those are all males. They are all un-educated males and due to unemployment this problem is increasing. Ok this was all the discussion on what the problem is, now let me take you a little bit deeper in its reasoning. 1. One of the big reason is, ethnocentrism which is making a huge gap of people and their values, today they are following the west but in mind and hearts and by values and deeds they are same conservative people. This is one of the biggest reasons indeed that people are following an unseen cloud just because of the hype of the west. Their culture and values are set on different basis and system and we are trying to implement those values on Islam, in short we are trying to merge 2 systems together which are totally opposite to each other. 2. The second biggest reason is, frustration of people in Pakistan. They are wishing dance clubs, nudity, drinking freedom and such things which are again not possible here but is being done under-cover but this is spreading frustration in society to this level that they cannot bear it and therefore ultimately they are trying to create this situation here, which comes in different ways.
These two are very big reasons which are somehow controlling the society indirectly and the selection process of different educational institutes is affected highly by it. Now if I come little bit towards its solution, there are 2 possible ways. 1. The people of Pakistan must be educated that a girl who has studied and has got good marks, she must do her work for society and work for betterment of country, and she must be brought to work as it is demand of country and use of her degree. 2. The other way is to, change the educational system that there must be a fixed quota for boys and it must be more and there must be a fixed quota for girls. No more boys will be taken than quota and no more girls will be taken from quota limit.
If you see these points critically, you will come to know that it is somehow difficult to educate people, it might take years and even after years it may not give fruitful results, as it is not necessary that every person, every family change their view of thinking. But it is rather possible to change the educational system.
I know in my previous posts I have said that Pakistan cannot have revolution, but exceptions do happen, and I thought to share more, if we ever had revolution (which I pray we don’t, because from my part-1 you might not have even calculated but revolution really creates such a devastating effects that generations cannot forget it, whole lives ruin) but still if we ever had revolution, it can be in following ways… There are times when it is necessary to fight against things that have become so wrong that they should no longer be. Things that were once small that has become big, but are no less wrong, must be made small again; a revolution, or a complete circle, is needed. Whether you want freedom from another country, or you want to overthrow an oppressive government, every fight is the same. A revolution (from the Latin revolutio, "a turnaround") is a significant change that usually occurs in a short period of time. Revolutions have happened throughout human history and vary widely in terms of methods, duration, motivating ideology, and the number of participating revolutionaries. Their results include major changes in culture, economy, and socio-political institutions. There has to be steps in which we can raise revolution:
1. Educate yourself and others about every aspect of the idea of the revolution; what and why this fight must happen and how it can be won. Identify the goals and the most efficient means of achieving them without compromise. Appreciate and respect a diversity of tactics. The revolution must be directed towards making things better. This is what is called a "positive vector". 2. Understand that one of the most important aspects of a revolution is that the people are angry. However, the cause for anger ought to be of true convictions, and in their anger there must also be discipline to their cause. 3. Put together intentions which must be very popular among the population. It must aim towards the improvement of certain aspects of society, economics, culture, or any other aspects of a social group. Appreciate and respect a diversity of tactics. 4. Find like-minded people who are ready for action. Set up a field of communication. You must be led by a charismatic leader in a non-hierarchical group in which all voices are equally heard 5. Work for collective liberation, because everyone's liberation is tied to each other's. If we are going to be free, we all need to be free. 6. Demonstrate the popularity of the movement to the people of power, legislature, and military. The greater the popularity among the society reduces the likelihood of violence. 7. Realize that a drastic political or social revolution is almost always about freedom. In general, revolutions are about major changes in some aspect of society. A peaceful revolution requires solidarity and agreement.
I know this Question might have arose in your minds that why can’t revolution come in Pakistan as my previous post name was too, that revolution in Pakistan is impossible, now I try to explain to you, why it is not possible. Pakistan has always been the home of dirty politics, bluffer, betrayal and mysticism. The basis of Pakistan has been laid on false systems, wrong values and irreversible norms. We Pakistani are owner of a land which is home of feudalism, cast system, nawab-shahi system, senior-junior relation as master-slave, barbarism and above all extremism. We are born in a system which is based on master-slave, this thing is in our veins and blood, despite wishing to get rid of it, and we cannot eradicate it completely from us. I take you in the in-depth one by one: 1. Cast system: this cast system is so powerful in Pakistan that today we are bound in it, it prevails in our everyday life, directly and indirectly. We cannot get rid of it. Today many things happen just because of this cast system and many things don’t happen just because of this cast system, you want to get a job, if you belong to same cast, you will get it, otherwise not. Merit system was never adopted in our country, always favoritism was given basis, and one of reason this grew and kept growing, is because we didn’t raise our voices against it. Today we have got hundreds of wrong people sitting as our leaders just because we love to vote to our cast, without watching that the person we are casting vote to, is he worthy of given a vote? 2. Feudalistic mentality: this has been the tradition of indo-Pak, even before separation that we people were victim of feudalistic society, our fathers, fore-fathers and grand fore-fathers have grew in this kind of society, where we brought a clear differentiation of the rich from the poor, and the white from the black, but in making this we forgot what our Prophet (S.A.W) said on His last addressing, whose meaning is, today God has completed his Religion to you, today no black has upper hand on white and no Arabic has superiority on non-Arabic. Today we are doing this just because we are gone away of Islam. We are cursed. 3. Confused-minded people: we east-Asians have always been confused minded, and this has been our tradition that we don’t know what we want, from life, what we are born to be, what is our fate, what we came in this world for? This is because our complete basis is laid wrong. 4. West-oriented people: we are influenced by the west, we are incorporating western values and try to mix them with eastern values, and we are trying to make such a mix of western and eastern values that we give rise to a new value which is suitable for us, which is totally wrong. 5. Racism: racism is somehow another factor too that we are scattered and not been able to focus on our being “Ashraf-ul-makhloqaat”.
Now I think I have made clear, why Pakistan cannot have revolution, above reasons must stand enough to explain them.
I remember the great film “gladiator”, the Proximo says to Maximus “I wasn’t the best because I killed soon, I was the best because the crowd loved me, win the crowd, and there you shall have your freedom”
This is a reality, whatever hero you are, when your people are not with you, you are no more than a cloud of sand that will vanish when the wind got down, when your people are with you, you are the most powerful person. Today these so-called democratic leaders have forgotten this, this race of money eating has leaded all the values into dust and here the crowd is waiting for a revolution to come to be their savior. We have not seen any revolution, we are waiting for an immense power to correct our system, but many of us don’t even know the revolution can be so devastating and frightful that nations and their lives change in it. Let me take you in the depths of revolution step by step. 1. What does revolution mean? *an overthrow or repudiation and the thorough replacement of an established government or political system by the people governed. *Revolution means a change of state from one condition to another leading behind a track of changes which are irreversible and non-convertible. *Another good explanation in more open words would be, a series of those changes which finally lead a nation to a complete change of their state but leading behind a memory of old system. 2. Why does revolution come? This is indeed an important point, that why does revolution come, and Aristotle say to it, “Revolution, in a political sense, fundamental and violent change in the values, political institutions, social structure, leadership, and policies of a society. The totality of change implicit in this definition distinguishes it from coups, rebellions, and wars of independence, which involve only partial change.” So we see, when situation become this much worse that they become irreversible, then it leads to revolution.
Now I guess I have made a little vague figure of revolution in your minds, now I come to its further aspects; According to Persian leader who raised revolution, Ayatollah Khomeini, revolution comes in 4 stages: 1. When people see their rights being ravaged and misused by people in power but they just can abuse and this voice is scattered, it mainly rises due to extremists. 2. When people see in-justice and humanity being crumpled under the veil of power, they rise up but their voice is thrown back by police, militants and govt. law enforcement companies. 3. When people become furious on the continuous barbarism and shattered values but it is controlled by govt. by superior forces and diplomatic attitudes. 4. This is the last and most devastating stage, when people become this much furious that they rise up to settle everything once for all, this leads to blood-sheds and humanity loses the face of justice, moral values go beyond imagination and ethics are lost somewhere much below imagination. This video below is a glance of reign of shah-e-Iran and its conversion into Islam by Ayatollah Khomeini. It is a running review of following that you will see in this video. 1. The reign of raza shah Pahlavi, shah-e-Iran and the royal life. 2. Extreme industrialization and good economy. 3. Then some acts of shah which turned people against him. 4. Then you will people rising up against shah, literally millions of them. 5. Revolution brought in by Ayatollah Khomeini. 6. Massacre of people. 7. After-effects on the life of people.
Another run-through video showing you the revolution in iran, if you see it,at 3:04 and onwards, you will see what is it called millions.....
Wiki answers the reason of revolution in Iran: 1. dissatisfaction of the Iranian people with the Shah's modernization efforts 2. the Shah's authoritarian government 3. disenchantment with the influence of Western views 4. a return to traditional Islamic values 5. the leadership of the Ayatollah Khomeini
Today we people of Pakistan and specially youth of Pakistan, wish this revolution with so much impatience, it is just like, a kid has not seen any toy and for a change, he wants a new toy to play with, we people of Pakistan are like that kid, we are ignorant of the devastating effects of revolution, which are resulted from revolution. Lives change, people’s pattern of life change, history changes at 180* and the whole system gets renewed. If revolution seems to be so much appealing and good to people, that it renews the system, it changes the methodology from top to bottom and it results in total amendment. But on the other hand we forget the worse effects that revolution leaves back on minds of people who have been through it, people can never forget it. It is massacre of humanity; it is complete diversion of people and their lives. History is full of such examples, revolution of Iran (1979), revolution of United States from the rule of United Kingdom, history is full of such things which show that the value of freedom was never so easy, it cost hundreds of lives, millions of blood-sheds and uncountable demolishment. Don’t go too far, see history of Pakistan, we hear about the wars fought in 1965 and 1971 and we also read it in our books and studies, and if you ask your fathers and fore-fathers what was it when it was 1965, you will see a deep pain on their face, a cool sigh and they are not able to explain it in words, such was the destruction, and finally they tell us, so you have not seen things like this, you are lucky that you are living a life of freedom. Same was the reason of formation of UNO, when world saw blood-sheds 2 times and was plunged into the depths of massacre then world finally decided that this must not happen again, even if you recall the charter of UNO, which says, we want to save our generations next so they don’t see this destruction which we have got entangled into 2 times, which changed our lives. Until now I had been explaining you the effects of revolution. Now I take you in more depth of it, for a revolution to come, people need a proper figure to follow, a complete figure which show them a way that leads to them just victory and nothing else, and keeping this thing in mind, do we see this thing in Pakistan today, absolutely No. Pakistan does not have such people today who can bring revolution, take the nation to one path, make them rise against the tyrants, if you want to be more specific, I can give you more enlighten examples, imran khan is raising voice for dr. afia siddique, nawaz sharif is raising voice for 18th amendment and lawyers, people’s party is just scattered mainly due to zardari’s own weak abilities to govern, opposition leader moulana fazul-ur-rehman doing nothing else than just corruption. These are some prominent figures of Pakistan but do you see any unity among people of Pakistan, absolutely not. Then how you can expect a revolution to come? When adolf hitler called upon his people to rise, although I accept his ways were wrong but people stood up for him, he was the worst and most ruthless person world has ever seen, today we give examples of him, but did we ever try to see the unity of people after him. Revolution comes with the unity of people on one single motto platform, but here today our clever diplomatic leaders have put the people in so many troubles that only a few people group rise voice against the Wrong, others who are getting a little money and are running their lives, they are quiet that as life is going, let it go. Today if you ask people to stand up, come and lets fight, the country is at war, majority will say, let army fight, what they take pays for? So how you claim sitting in some people that yes we need a revolution to come, and this condition is approaching, this condition is not approaching, and according to Ayatollah Khomeini’s revolution points, we are hardly at no.2 We Pakistani people are arrogant, aggressive, and emotional and at the same time reluctant. We must first define our goals and then set after it with all efforts, but for this to happen, we need an honest leader to take us all to one goal, and whole nation must be after him with all his heart and soul. Only then we can have a revolution. But on the other hand we must keep in mind, that it is not a child’s play, it changes people, their lives and implements such effects on mind that can’t be forgotten for decades and centuries. Even the history changes. Just see the video of those people who are still facing the effects of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and then those people who were indirect victims of Chernobyl atomic reactor leakage, their lives are still not back to normal. We must not sit waiting for a messiah to come for us, we must find some else way for our freedom.
According to one of my very close person, who gave me an outside view of revolution, living in Iran and what they think about Pakistan and revolution, I present it to you.
Revolution involves a radical change in government, usually accomplished through violence that may also result in changes to the economic system, social structure, and cultural values. Revolution needs belief and blood. Something that those countries which were on war know the meaning of it. People are killed in Pakistan, but if you ask them to give their life for their belief they won’t do because they want to live, but the reality is that Peace needs hardships to be gained. As far as I came to know Pakistani people they are too extremists. When you talk of their country they take you as an enemy, they are patriotic but in a hurting way which makes them look narrow minded. Pakistani people need to know more about world; Pakistan is a toddler and still has to learn how to walk. Anywhere in world governments are somehow same, just a little difference according to culture and history. Pakistan doesn't have good leaders, not even a so-so one. Even the best painting students always start with copying the teacher, it won’t reduce the grade of student or increase the value of teacher, and it’s called Practice! It's too early for Pakistan to reach a revolution, but it's time to practice. Pakistan is not the only 3rd world country of the geographical map. Beside all these things maybe the main problem in 3rd world countries is that the Renaissance didn't ever come to these countries, it makes changes itself.
Well still many people in Pakistan don’t even know what the world democracy means and what does it has to do. What is its purpose and why it is needed. It’s since 1970s from which I have been hearing memories of, and after 80s things and conditions which I have seen myself, I come to know that Pakistan was always the victim of false things raised by some clever people to befool public and on other hand our normal education level and moral sense is so low that we don’t even know the difference of democracy and autocracy. Today and uptil now, there is no true democracy in Pakistan, it does not exist. When musharraf was taken off by PPP they again raised the voice of democracy and people again got fooled without thinking that this wouldn’t happen. Pakistan is home of feudalistic thoughts, where a strong cannot bear a weak to come forth, then how come we can have a democracy, and uptil now whatever we see, it is in some form or other, autocracy.
Ok if I take you in a little depth of democracy as you might have seen above web pages, there are certain things which needs to be cleared. 1. Fair election. Pakistan never had Free and fair election, everywhere it happens, is result of barbarism, favoritism and corruption and rest left 5-10% population cast their votes as a result of irresponsible acts (not thinking what their act will create situation, they just think of 1 good food and cast their vote to anybody, whatever corrupt) and also somehow result of cast system being so much powerful in Pakistan. 2. Active participation of people in Politics. People never take good role in politics, because it is considered to be a dirty profession, both morally and ethically. WHY?? Because it has been made so. If it remained for good of people, it would remain so. But today what we see, is just corruption. 3. Protection of human rights. There has never been a situation in which human rights were safe, this point needs no explanation, and everyday bomb blasts are good example to this. 4. Rule of law. today majority of population does not even know this rule in True sense. This rule means, law is Equal and Just for ALL.
Now going in towards, a little sad figure, our people are themselves responsible for their present condition, no one is to blamed. They have let a tyrant ruler come on them, sit and rule. Its time for people to wake up from this sleep and know the truth and realize that whole 16crore people are responsible for this.
Today the value of human has become so cheap, someone dies, nothing matters, someone gives up fighting for life, nothing matters, such cheap is the price of human life now a days. There had been 9 blasts in Lahore, and before that one happened in model town, which I am victim of, I was just 2-3kms away when I heard that blast and found ground shaking, I was shocked at once what happened, such huge was explosion, and shock wave. People started calling their relatives and others and after getting to know that everyone is fine, we again started life as normal and nothing felt that there had been just a blast. Someone else must have died in it, someone else must have given up race of life in this explosion but no one takes care of. Then there happened 9 blasts in Lahore, and soon after this, the very 2nd day life was running again on normal, as nothing happened. Govt didn’t take any action, no one was held accountable, nothing was stopped, and such is life in Pakistan. To govt. it does not matter at all, for govt. they are sitting in A/C rooms discussing their bank balances and money laundering here and there and they are sitting and doing nothing. Don’t you think such authorities must be dragged out of their offices, shown to media and slaughtered in some gutter, because they deserve this. Human life has become a joke for all of us, and we are not able to blame political party, our own inside is dirty, we are ourselves the biggest corrupt, why? Because we let such corrupt, immoral and shameless people sit and eat our sources and whip us, we let them, they keep doing, we have never learnt to raise voice against tyrant, we never learnt to stand up against the ruthless. We always learnt to adjust in any condition, this is the reason why we people adjust anywhere in world, wherever we go, we are successful but today this ability has become our problem, a problem of survival where our own blood is being shed in our ignorance and we do nothing. We are dead from our inside and God’s swear, we will die one day without any future, we are going to be punished even in hell too, because none of us has good deeds even in world, we are murders, traitors, smugglers, harassers, and above all not worthy of being called a HUMAN. Think of it. Think of your inside. Think of yourself born to be Ashraf-ul-makhloqat and today we are worse than a dog.
Well today I am going to talk of some other things. Today we are living in a culture which is completely problematic and has no strong basis, this is result of following others too much and neglecting our own values. We are following some baseless things so much vigorously that we don’t see that there is nothing to follow in it, it is just a false style of living, but no, despite knowing it, we don’t care towards it. Today nothing in Pakistan is natural, if we see them one by one, everything is false. If we take religion on the 1st hand, even it is not pure, this country is not Islamic republic of Pakistan, it is just pakisan, because there is nothing called islam here, everyone is pseudo Islamic person, and those who are beholders of islam, they are the most corrupt faces of country. No one is concerned with saving values, everyone is concerned with making money, even teaching islam has also become business and this even has let people to trade their believes. No one is true with religion, everyone is concerned with, how and from where he can earn money, even keeping religion on sake. Then if we come towards, culture, even this is not pure, we have completely forgotten our glorious past, our culture and our dignity, what we remember now, is just that we once had it but now western culture has taken over us. We have forgotten those values which are being used by west now, but we have taken their false and worn out social values and following them with so much pride. Then if we take social values in consideration, we are going totally against Islam, Islam taught us to be kind, just, and honest and what we are doing is totally against it. We have started following a fake path which leads to only depression and nothing else. We are dishonest, we are murderers and we are socially, morally and ethically weak people. We don’t have strong character in us, we don’t have any value worth showing to anyone. If we take everything one by one like this, we will see, there are flaws everywhere, infact this whole system and its basis has been put false. Then why we scream that hypertension and diabetes has increased so much, why we scream that life has changed, why we yell that we are getting victim to false things, answers lies in our screams, we have ourselves sown this, and we have to reap it now. We cannot point someone to be responsible for our fates, we have done such acts which has brought us to this point, no one is to be blamed, even today we have the pakistan’s history’s most corrupt govt and they didn’t come themselves, we paved a path for them by our deeds. See inside your own, you are accused and salvation lies within, salvation is to think of our own deeds, our own problems and solve them then come to point others.
Well today after a long time, I have again started writing. The reason behind is someone, who made me think again on my path. Once long ago, I met a fanatic, Bhutto fanatic, I asked her, why you like bilawal Bhutto and she replied because he is Bhutto. This was the answer of that lady which made me laugh so much and think that this is our nation, blind and immoral. Ok I take you in a little bit more details. Pakistan had always been a home of false democracy, self-modified bureaucracy. Feudalism had always dominated in Pakistan and people of Pakistan had always been made fools on the name of islam and democracy. We are such weak people that we flare so soon on these issues. Remember the time of musharraf, when he was to taken down, media was screaming, political parties were screaming, democracy, democracy. I accept international forums and people don’t accept dictatorship but today those same people are screaming that musharraf was much better than zardari. We Pakistani are very weak morally, we never try to see in-depth reality of a matter, a poor mason, gets bread for a day, for free and he casts his vote to anyone, whether he is a bastard or a pious. Then there is another group of people who say, ohhh we will vote to our own cast person, without thinking a while, is he worthy of vote. The reason behind this is illiteracy, people don’t even bother to think the true value of their vote and what does the word Vote means. The feudal system in Pakistan had laid its basis to destruction. Fore-fathers are idiots, sons are same, their sons are same and this system continues. I am strictly against present govt. zardari is immoral and unethical person, his son is also drowned in money, luxury. How you expect such people to be honest and above all know about what the hell is “administration and management” but no, still fanatics have high hopes that they will come and save this drowning and better to say half drowned country. Go in past, open Islamic history, hazrat Umar! He used to roam in streets and he said, Ummar is answerable to God, that someone slept hungry in your country, HOW? & at another place he said, if even a goat died of thurst on bank of Faraat, Ummer is answerable to Allah. Tell me today who of these leaders have this thing in them. Who walks in streets to know, whether 14crore people are happy or not. And then we become fanatic of those people who are bloody immoral. I was watching a movie “blood diamonds” and in a scene, it made me pause the film and think, those wordings were by Leonardo di caprio . “sometimes I wonder, will God ever forgive us for the things we have done to each other and I look around and I realize God left this place long time ago” this was very deep for me, and if anyone has a living heart, it means a lot. God will never forgive us for those things we have inflicted to each other, we are victims of each other, we are criminals of each other. We must come out of this fanatics and live in a world of reality, someone is wrong, accept he is wrong, and abandon him/her instead of flourishing him or her to grow. (I will write more on this later).
There has always been a trend in Pakistan and people of Pakistan, when a person do something new, whole nation starts doing this, whether this is clothes, designs or anything else. Everyone thinks that this thing is in demand and then others follow this blindly to earn profits without thinking that that monotonous following of a pattern may lead to absurdities.
This same trend was followed by todays so called media, mainly telecommunication media. But let me go in a little detail before coming to the main point.
During the reign of Gen. Musharraf, he devised complete freedom to media, so that it can become the voice of country and we can compete the Indian and western cultures. This brought in some of today’s very popular news channels, like Geo, Express news, and some others.
But today musharraf is gone, and what he left us behind, is an endless war of media to win over one another. Today this has become a hell of mess, once you hold the remote of your TV and start tuning the channels, after ever 1-2 channels there jumps in a news channel. There is a list of so many channels opening everyday as illegal kids are born out of womb in red light areas, and this race has not ended yet. There is no individuality in these channels, all portraying the same picture in the same style. Suppose the president announced something stupid, every channel is running in a race to win over the other, all making it thrilling, stunning and suspenseful news. All channels will run in this race, all of them will start showing this news, at the same time, in the same way.
But did these media channel owner’s have ever gone in depth and thought for a while, for a very careful and precise analysis of people and their view about this whole crap.
Today 90% of middle aged people prefer “GEO” without any reason, they prefer it, and they are not willing to see any other channel at all, whether the Geo is showing something good or not, they are watching Geo. Then comes the younger generation, today majority of them also prefer Geo but some whole don’t like the biased and prejudiced policies of Geo, like me, they see Express News and finds it quite good to see at. But here we see, there is a huge list of channels doing same thing, Hum, Aaj, Apna, TV one, ARY, Indus, Dawn, Royal, city42, and recently I came across a new channel, Metro News.
If something happens in any city of Pakistan, suppose some bomb explosion or some suicide attack, people 1st try to switch to Geo and then to Express. But no one sees this list of channels but still they are running this blind race. Did anyone ever ask them WHY?
I want to quote Mubashar Luqman’s wordings; today we have around 50 channels among of which 40 are news channels. Don’t you think this is a big question mark for all of us, do we need this much news channel at all?
Today when you have so many other problems, electricity, sugar, gas, employment, budgeting, and so much more, media must play a role of giving entertainment to people but no! Media is giving tension and depression and nothing else. Today among all other problems of Pakistan, problem of this much independence to media given by former president, seems to be a big mistake.
If we go a little bit deep in these media talks, apart from these news that they telecast, they try to make this whole situation more stunning by hiring some enthusiastic and zealous person from people and asking him to debate on Pakistan problems in a hot and attractive way to gain attention of people to see their channels. This is another race, among media channels. Hiring the most thrilling and clear talking anchor to give people what they want to see.
Now I think I have come to my main point, media is doing, the exact same thing, what people want to see, they show us what we want to be shown, therefore a question arises from inside us, shall we not demand a change for our system, shall we not bring a revolutionary change in our system. We need to think of our inside 1st and think what problems we have that we are being used in this way by other factors. Only then we can bring about a change.
Today hypertension has become a very common disease, diabetes has become common. Did anyone ever try to think why today there are so many patients of hypertension, why every 2nd person is victim of this? This is because of depression given by various factors, and media is one very important part of it.
Well. Today I am going to talk something about Islam and terrorism. Today most people who are non-Muslims and they see the people of Islam, and then they see terrorism being spread, they come to a point that Muslims are terrorists, and yes we must accept the truth, we are. Ok let me explain you a little for this bitter truth. The west calls us, terrorists as propaganda. Whole European Union calls Muslims to be the beholder of fake Islamic values and using Islam as a mean to spread anarchy in world. If u try to broaden your mind and see things vastly, you will see that if not all, then in some cases of terrorism, Muslims were involved. If I take Pakistan, in today’s world, govt of pak helped US to invade in Asia and East Asia. They gave them military bases and such more. This was the initiation of a terrorism too although indirectly but yes, it was. Today thousands of Muslims are getting victims of such things, violence, rape, murders. I am not trying to say that Muslims are doing it in majority, every country has different rates, alone in US the annual murder rate, the annual suicide rate, the rape rate is more than anywhere else, but I am trying to show you people a broad picture. On other hand, what Muslims did to clear their view of world? Did they justify themselves, did they try to be good people. No. Muslims had always been the most aggressive and emotional population of world, they flare up soon. Today if you see, the most instability is in Muslim worlds, they are not one. They are fighting for baseless things. They are being ruled with others and they are not worried of the nationalism and sovereignty and the thing which has died today in them, is their “ego”. Islam does not teach us terrorism, Islam does not teach us to kill innocents, to be immoral and unethical. Islam has taught us so strong values and norms which we have put backward and we are following a pseudo- Islamic culture. Pakistan is not a true Islamic state anymore, it is multi-ethnic society now, just called Islamic republic of Pakistan. We have lost the soul of our being, the thought of being “ashraf-ul-makhloqat”. Today we have lost so much but no one is even thinking of these things. An Islamic verse is, you will get same leaders as you will be. And there it is going, we are corrupt ourselves and we got the most corrupt govt. of history. The most corrupt person of Pakistan is president of Pakistan, with highly illiteracy and so less sense of being president. He is a good source of joke to us. Before pointing to someone and show his faults, we must try to see our inside and see how many faults we have in us. The pictsure that west is showing to world is fake, we must stand and correct this image and make Islam and govt separate. This is what secularism teaches us. The best govt is that which keeps religion aside and administration aside. When we try to mingle them together, it creates problems which are not aware of but they arise. 1st we must have a good infra-structure and then try to create a state of harmony and Islam must be dealt with proper and literate people.
Islam, the religion of peace, the religion of brother-hood IF correctly read and understood and if followed as it was explained by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). But unfortunately today there has come so much misinterpretation due to so called Muslim parties in Pakistan; today there are so many countless “firqa” in Pakistan. Some are doing this and some are doing that but Islam has basically become a “business”, a way to earn money. Today no one believes in Islam as it should have been, the way Islam should have been. And today if you see people whom you feel that they are true Muslims and are following Islam in real-sense, no you are wrong. If u go a little deeper in their knowledge and see the concept of things they have, you will get amazed that they don’t know the reality of anything they are doing, they are blind followers. They just know that God has made it “farz” to say prayers, to recite Quran and to be a good Muslim. Today even following Islam has become a culture not religion. If we think of things more deeply, so many complexities have come in it just because of these so called mullahs and so much firqa-jaat… In my view, there must be One Azan voice when it is time, but you hear hundred voices from different mosques, having few second gap and next starts, don’t you think this is bull-shit. In Saudi there is one time, one voice and nothing else. So from this you can imagine how much we are far from our religion. Today we don’t even know the real meaning of trade which Islam taught us. I have seen so many examples myself in front of me that people have come out of mosques after prayers and the 2nd moment they start abusing and talking of bad deals in business, frauds and so on. Have you ever thought even for a moment, what kind of human you are? Are you a good human at least before becoming a Muslim or you are just wasting time in world? Today everyone is morally, socially and ethically so weak. They don’t think of their character and its consequences before committing any crime. Their conscious has become dead. Today we call it modern-ism but today this has shattered our societies and our identity of being a Human and Muslim. Today one barely remembers that what is his base, his origination and his identity for which he was born. He was born for some purpose but today all he thinks and recalls is materialistic approach. If I come to pointing people, there are so many dual-nature people I have seen in my own city who follow Islam just because they know they have to die n come in front of God. With this fear which has been in his mind, by his parents, society and molvis, he is following religion but without understanding even single thing. He reads Quran with translation but his mind does not open. We are following a very wrong path on the name of Islam. The Islam being taught to us today, is the Islam with amendments, it is not the one which our Prophet taught us. With this little writing, I want to make people understand that wake up and try to know what u are doing, and the thing u r doing is at least right or not, or u are also a blind follower with no thinking of your own???
Today I am again going to talk of youth and some more aspects.
Today’s youth no doubt is more modern, more prosperous and more advanced but meaning of prosperity is different in every time. The time when our forefathers did progress, they did their best according to that time available means and sources, what our fathers gained, is on the basis of that time available means and what today generation is getting and doing, it is based on today’s available means and sources, but in this generation gap, running for life, this 21st century kid has forgotten moral values, relations and emotions. Life has become machine. Today so much blasts happen across country but no one is grieved, everyone is in a state of condolence and high hopes that life never stops, keep running and so on…..
But
For a moment we don’t think that problem cannot be solved from top, always one has to go till root cause, and then grasp it. But today generation don’t see it so deeply, they come to conclusion so soon, aggressive attitude and not planning long term. Seeing things in short duration and then ultimately finding the answers. I accept this is Somehow a good methodology not to stuck in thinking and thinking and wasting time that could be used for implementation, but this is not so good way too, because in doing so, we have forgotten social boundaries, we devise a solution that is very short termed and will solve the problem for time being but wont eradicate the problem from roots.
One more major problem of today’s generation is, they think too much superficial and again I will emphasize that they don’t have a thinking of their own. They are followers not leaders. Followers cannot become leaders because the followers always have thinking that someone else form the solution and they just work on the pre-defined methodology.
My purpose of writing this blog is just to make such problems visible which today no one talks or like to talk because they get a clash with past social norms and today moral values. But talking is good, atleast I can make everyone feel of those problems which we know but don’t talk of. May be with my talking, issues get resolved or atleast if not resolved, it will make everyone feel that what they did and are doing, must be changed. The way of living, thinking, talking everything needs to be polished.
Today I have come across a new topic; it is about youth and Pakistan.
Well the youth today is vibrant, zealous and hopeful but it is not the true perspective. Today I will show some of problems which now a day’s youth is facing and they don’t know it.
Today if you see around, 90% of youngsters which you will see around, they show they are strong, they expect from life, they have a hope, they have energy. But no one is seeing beyond this. Let me show you a bigger picture.
Today the nation which we have got, the young generation, is very different from their ancestors. Technology has advanced so much, today they have more access to world as did the fathers and fore-fathers had. They have more knowledge than past people. Well if I go deep, I can write a page on it what today’s generation has and what has not. But my main point today is something else.
If you observe anyone around you, any boy from 20 onwards, and if you ask him, son do you know about modernization and Islam, he will start like a book worm, he will start telling you, yes sir I know, the Google says “……..” then Wikipedia says “……..” and we see from our knowledge that finally world has emerged into a new era and we are better than our fathers and fore-fathers.
But if you ask the same guy, son do you know Pakistan was made, he will start the old read “pak-studies” of grade10, 12 etc that we sacrificed, we lost people; Pakistan was made with lots of troubles. But for a moment you will not see anything that you feel that it is his own thinking or he is talking something logically. You will find him talking things:
·Either they are forwarded by his elders or he heard them and now forwarding them.
·Or it is heard by media.
Today 70% people around you, u will find them under media bombardment effect, they say what media has put in their minds, they are not thinking that life does not work this way, they have to see the other aspect of life, of picture then they talk something logically. Today media is playing a biased role, they are showing us what they want to show and we are talking what media want us to talk of.
We Muslims specially are thrill loving people, we love this express channel and Geo channel thrilling talk shows, sit-shows…WHY?? Has anyone ever tried to think, why? Because we have turned our back from reality and we are watching those things which are shown by media. Today no one talks that govt killed thousands innocent people in Baluchistan, swat, upon saying of US. No one knows the reality behind this, why? Does this Question not arise inside you, are you not a part of this nation, didn’t this country give u name, personality and authenticity that you are Pakistani. Today we see channels, and then we sit and console on some sad happening.
Anyhow matter was going on, of youth, today’s young boy has forgotten his reality, his country, he is not worried for country, he is just good enough to talk in some party that president did this and that, but no one is rising for a change. I accept strength matters but youth is not strong enough, why? Because they don’t have such strong values to stand onto. On what basis they will stand up in world, just they are young blood, full of zeal and fresh people. In reality they are also wishing to come up and eat as did hundreds of people did before. Accept this reality or not, but this is reality. Today no one is sincere with Pakistan. Today’s boy does not have his own thinking that he can proudly say, that I have my own values and beliefs. He is a blind follower; he is just a dwindling person just like a pendulum is swinging in zero-gravity field.
Coming to minimizing things out, if youth has this much passion, that they feel they can bring a change and they can make things happen good, then they ought to make a thinking of their own. This generation gap is not so easy to fill. Our fathers and fore-fathers had more strong moral values than us, they knew humanity more, and they knew norms than today’s generation.
I am not in favor of conservatism, but for doing something huge, to bring changes in country at mass scale, we need to have strong beliefs and powerful moral values, and above all, thinking of our own.
Today I am going to talk about a sensitive issue, those things which whole Pakistani nation knows but very few acknowledge.
Yesterday was 14th, Feb and all news channels depicted it in a way that It seem to be a good event. The wordings were “today 14th Feb was celebrated with all love and respect of humanity”
But before celebrating this, have we ever tried to know its truth, its reality and its history. What it is, why it is celebrated and what was the story behind this. No I am at loss that no one ever tried to. Ok before I go on and continue it, I want you all people read the below pages and know what was the reality of this valentine day.
Now I come to my point, today people of Pakistan and almost all of muslim nation is facing a disaster just because Pakistani people have made a false way to entertain themselves. They have forgotten their own values and rules and they are Blindly following the customs and traditions which they don’t even know the reality behind. Today if you ask someone, any boy and girl or anyone, you will see amazing results, 85% people will say, ohh it is an occasion on which a lover gives gifts to his or her love. They express their deep love to eachother. But if asked “do u know how it started and who is st.valentine and what are the causes” then you will face a silence or just heard things being forwarded.
Today we have forgotten what we were, what we are and what is going to be our future. We have chosen a silence for everything, we see what we want to see. We don’t choose life as a way it must be, we have made it as it should not be. Today we are living life of an animal, who eats, drinks and then forgets the height of humanity, the essence of being “ashraf-ul-makhloqat” and we have even forgotten that we are the best “ummat” of world, we are muslims, we are blessed by God and by prophets. All we see today is a fake vision which has been forced upon us.
We have forgotten that we muslims have a very brilliant history, a very glorious past. Those inventions which are used today by The West, originated form Mulims, but today we have no value for them.
Coming towards a little end, today how many people around us, go to mosque, offer prayers, be a good muslim. Compare this percentage with how many people of you celebrate valentine day, basant etc etc.
All I want to say, is that we have chosen a wrong path, which we feel is more easy and better but infact it is not, we are going towards hell with our own will.
By this whole speech I didn’t not mean that celebrating valentine is wrong, but I want to make you people feel that wake up, and know that you are leading a life of misery, build up your inside and feel that you are not less than anyone too, you are also talented.
Well I got a huge inspiration from somewhere that I am not a part of this society in which people have forgotten their everything and are living a life which is false and wrong. I decided to write those things, those lost values, those lost terms, our past, our norms, and those things which today we all know but no one dares to talk of them, yes I will talk of them, I will let u know those bitter truths in open words. May be God almighty give me strength that one day, I can make everyone feel that what is right and what is wrong.
